  Everything is just perfect from the moment you step through the door. The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. If you are looking for - Class, sophistication and elegance. The staff are very attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The Artesian Bar makes the best cocktails in the world. The food at Roux (2 x Michellin Stars) is superb. Afternoon tea in the Palm Court is an absolute must. Gym, sauna, steam room, pool and spa pool are all very well equipped.   Everything! Everything was fabulous!! We were met from our taxi by the doorman who asked our surname, which he repeated into his lapel. We walked through the revolving doors and were met by a lovely lady who greeted us by name and showed us the hotel and finally to our room.   We spent one night with our daughter in a Drayton Court Hotel. 2 minutes walk from the West Ealing railway station (Closed on Sunday), Zone 3 Oyster can be used. The Hotel was safe and clean. We liked the design and the quality of the materials used for the interior. The fitness centre and the swimming pool, sauna and steam cabin ( EDEN centre just af - +Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London +Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often) +Super nice breakfasts - will never forget that wonderful taste +The hotel shares the building with the pub, though this would not be appreciated by everyone, but has been an interesting experience for me + Beau

  We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab!
