  Hotel was nice and clean, both public areas and the room. Room more spacious than most. Good leisure facilities. Enjoyable meals. - Lovely hotel with atmosphere and character. Children loved the pool and the outlook of our room was restful. Impressed with Barcelo chain and took brochure for further stays with the company.

  The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening. Excellent stay which was finished off nicely with a Superb breakfast! - We found the stay at ... wat mensen zeggen » The Cheltenham Townhouse to be a wonderful experience, and would recommend this guesthouse 100% to family and friends.   Myself and my partner enjoyed everything about the Bell Hotel the staff were very friendly and accomadating the room was spotless and we never heard any banging of doors from other people staying there. We will definately go back because we loved it - Everything was wonderful. The town is charming. The Abbey was beautiful.   The service was the best I've experienced anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better. The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Breakfast in bed. ... wat mensen zeggen » Newspapers etc on a Sunday morning there is perfection. All over a fabulous place. And the staff are its biggest asset. Great cocktails too. Good bar - Service was second to none. Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard. Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining. Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu. All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!   This hotel was advertised as a 3 star but it could be mistaken for a 5 star. The food in the 2 AA rosette restaurant was superb and quite reasonably priced, the staff were excellent could not help you enough their service made us feel very special, we stayed in the winter and it was very cosy having drinks in the lounge with a real log fire roaring... wat mensen zeggen » away. - As a single mum this hotel was perfect.My son loved it and I couldn't get him out of the amazing swimming pool and we played tennis ..the staff were lovely .. We had the best time.
