  Good value for money, they held a car space for me as requested, very efficient with good info provided by Louise, Internet was reliable, lovely breakfast served in the dining room by a charming young man (didnt catch his name) and Joan who was a real character and worth going back just to catch up with her. - lou lou is a joker but she's kind an... wat mensen zeggen » d friendly and so was Gary and her mother good breakfast and the chips were really nice and crispy on thursday thanks to the chef not lou lou cos she does the breakfasts in the mornings with the help from Gary.

  loved the frendlyness of the staff and fantastic food, - Delightful setting, staying at the village pub enhanced the experience of rural England. Food in the restaurant was excellent, and there was a selection of good real ale. Staff were fantastic, and the rooms clean and cosy. Our bathroom was across the hall, but didn't detract from the stay.

  We had a super room overlooking the river, the room was very comftable with arm chairs, tea/coffe making facilities, super large bed.The web site did not do this hotel justification we thought it was very good value for money and the evening meal we had was superb, would recommend this hotel to anyone. - as above plus great staff, very helpful.
