  De ligging - Amazing! I didn't know what to expect from the hotel or the location. What a great surprise. The Lake District, the Village of Grasmere and the Waterside hotel were great!. The hotel was spotless, great staff, room was fantastic. Amenities were great in the room and in the hotel. The big suprise was the food at the hotel. Breakf... wat mensen zeggen » ast was good, but dinner was absolutely fantastic!! - The peace and quiet in the gardens and the excellent breakfasts.thestaff were very friendly and helpful.this is the second time we havestayed here and we have enjoyed both stays.we would'nt hesitate to stayagain if we could get a good deal like the one we have just had.

  We stayed in a family room and it was very clean and comfortable. Steve cooked us a fabulous English breakfast the following morning. He even carried our bags and gave the kids lollies when we left. He went the extra mile which makes a big difference when you are travelling with kids.
