  Great staff! Very friendly and professional. Hotel is modern and stylish with a touch of elegance. An extra plus was the comfortable bathroom. Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Located just a 50 meter walk from Liverpool Street Station, this is anothe... wat mensen zeggen » r plus. Leadenhall Market, Brick Lane and Old Spitalfield Market along with lots of pubs and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. - The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay enjoyable. Staff treated everyone the same whether you were wearing expensive jewellery or just casual.   Goede keuken. Na klacht waar is bijbehorende sauce? Werd pas gebracht toen we het eten op hadden. Sorry kon er niet af. - The hotel is amazingly welcoming. The staff and the general manager of the hotel are masters in making you feel at home. One does feel joining a bigger family when checking in the hotel. The rooms, the restaurant and the bar are... wat mensen zeggen » wonderful and everything is really clean. The general manager of the hotel is like 24 /7 present helping guests with whatever issues they may have while staying in London. - The hotel was a very high standard and the stff were very friendly.....
