  uitstekend hotel, goede ligging, vriendelijk personeel, prima kamer en ontbijt - The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Also when renting a car, go for something compact - roads are narrow and curvy. - everyone was helpful and friendly nothing was too much. room was upgraded on arrival and had a seaview. breakfast was outstanding, leisure facilities very good,rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

  A superbly organised hotel run by a truly inspirational manager(ess). They say that good leadership looks effortless (true) and the results of this leadership has resulted in an efficient and exceptionally friendly team in all areas of the hotel - every one of the staff made us feel so welcome, that absolutely nothing was too much trouble and it w... wat mensen zeggen » as apparent that whatever job they did within the team was a pleasure and not a chore. Management always on hand to assist, which they did on every occasion which I needed assistance. Close to town, easily walked. Comfortable beds, in a sparse room, which was fine for the purpose. Dining room staff extremely good and attentive, and the food first class. I ordered an egg sandwich in my room, and what arrived was the best egg sandwich I have ever had.   Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Recommend the Hac... wat mensen zeggen » hett to eat of an evening, informal food and staff lovely.Tasty,fresh uncut loaf in welcome pack but no bread knife !! so chunky slices it was for toa - The Liberty Apartment looks like new and is spotlessly clean- 10/10 to the housekeeping staff. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. Thank you very much all member of staffs for a warm and happy stay.   What is there not to like? The staff are simply brilliant - it's really nice to be recognised and addressed by name. We had a great room with a sea view. The bars are very good as are the restaurants and yes you really must try the Governors Indian cuisine at its best!! A good selection of places to eat and drink and nice outdoor seating areas as well as a pool. Very much a luxury hotel which we could not fault, except for the location which was our choice.
