  Beautiful and historic building in a dramatic setting. Most of the staff were great and very accommodating and they tried sorting out any issues quickly (there's a new GM) Lovely pool area indoor and out Clock tower restaurant was fun and very relaxed with charming staff. We spent one full day exploring the grounds, which are beautiful and situated on the Thames river. Very relaxing and peaceful. Also a very close and easy drive to Heathrow. We stayed there for our last two days in England, after a long trip and it made getting to Heathrow very easy.

  By British comfort standards this hotel is excellent. It is on par with the best hotels in Europe regarding standard. There is only one irritating thing and that concerns Britain as a whole. There were two beds in the singl - Loved this hotel. It's built in to MK Dons football stadium, so it's unique - I had breakfast overlooking the pitch! Nice modern hotel design, good facilities in the room (including free wi-fi with a strong signal - very rare in hotels!), bar, nice restaurant, gym. Very clean throughout, very attentive staff, great breakfast, easy to park even on a match day.

  Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location. Could not fault the hotel and every single member of staff- thank - The staff were super friendly and flexible, overall very helpful - truly excellent service. Although we were a little worried about the location, as it turned out, there was a bus stop right across street from where we could take a bus directly to London Victoria On our last day, we took the same bus in the other direction to Windsor, which was a great experience as well. The pool and the saunas were very nice, too, after a long day of walking around in London. We would recommend this hotel any
