  The location is ideal especially if travelling North to South or vise versa. The hotel is in a lovely setting to give you that instant away from it all rural feeling and yet so very handy for the motorway and close by for nearby shopping experience of Leeds etc.. Liked the choice of two different restaurants to choose from the eat. Too was great to do work in after a days work. Enjoyed the walks around the countryside near hotel each night.   We were delighted with how clean the room and facilities were. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At the Pontefract North location the kids play zone was a god-send for our 2 and 5 year olds.   I was there for my sisters wedding and I found the whole experience wonderful. The hotel staff were most helpful and the hotel was beautiful. - Excellent hotel, would like to keep secret so can always stay when we want!

  The large room suited all my children and myself. The room was equipped with a fan to keep us cool. Tea and coffee facilities were good and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble, although we didn't ask for much we were felt at ease knowing that help was readily available. - Ideal location when tr... wat mensen zeggen » avelling on A1. Very helpful staff. The children's beds hadn't been put up in our room but someone came and rectified this immediately. Better style beds than some 'camp beds' the children have slept on in other similar hotels.
