  The apartments (we had number 1104) was great, very clean, all the amenities we would need for a few says without having to go to a laundromat or out to eat every night. There conveniently is a tescos right down stairs and the huge lace market and town square were also right there. - the location is very convenient and easy to go to the shopping ... wat mensen zeggen » area in Nottingham. The staffs are very friendly and passion. The facilities and the room is very good.

  We stay here quite often as the hotel is always lovely and clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast excellent. Having use of the leisure facilities that are attached to the hotel is the main attraction for us though as we always come away feeling totally relaxed. - The leisure centre is excellent, the facilities some of the cleanes... wat mensen zeggen » t I have seen. The rooms are very comfortable, and the despite their lack of age the staff are first class at giving customer service. Highly recommended !!!!!!!

  Wij hebben een upgrade moeten maken van Standaard dubbel naar Executive,wat een echte vooruitgang was voor maar GBP40 p/n meer.Deze kamer was beter schoongemaakt,maar toch ondermaats gezien de status van het hotel.Mr.James Connors was zeer behulpzaam en alles werd perfect geregeld.Alle personeel was zeer correct,de klachten werden direct opgelost.H... wat mensen zeggen » otel ziet er zeer luxe en verzorgd uit. - de rust die van het hotel uitging

  The suite we were given was really comfortable in an annexe (converted cottage), It was full of old world charm, tastefully decorated and had it's own beautiful cottage garden full of scented flowers. The main hotel was only a few yards away and was equally attractive with excellent service. I would certainly try to book again when we are next in Nottingham. - It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us. Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.
