The room had everything you could need, together with a good shower. All the staff were friendly and helpful without exception. - The Conference Centre was a pleasant place to stay, it suited our needs for a one night stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean although a little small but wouldn't put me off staying again. Liked the utility room next door where had the use of the iron and ironing board and other facilities. Overall an enjoyable visit.

  I had a querrie with our booking so I asked to put through to the recption desk. I spoke to a lady called Helen who I found to be extremly helpful, friendly and professional. She very quickly sorted the problem and made for a very relaxed and stress free drive up. These two and the young man that was on the front desk when we came back from the resturant, are a credit to the company. We w - I came back from a function at 2 am and was greeted by Heather at reception. I was hungry and she was extremely helpful in finding a take away which was still open, and even delivered the food to my room when it arrived. She was very professional and friendly and a credit to your compnay.
