  First impression was the reception area really lovely and wecoming .Beautiful Christmas tree. Second impression the lovely staff on reception who made me feel so welcome. also the staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .Third impression the bedroom lovely and warm and clean.   We experienced a hotel that was value for money from the day we arrived, we were on a B and B tariff and had excellent value for money. We were in the area to visit friends and found the location of the hotel ideal. My partner and I usually visit Newcastle up to four times each year and believe we have found the perfect place to stay. Loads of space; good sized bedroom, sitting room with t.v., generous sized bathroom with full sized shower cubicle - as well as full sized bath, and the 4th area in the 'apartment' was a very nice dressing room. It was clean but many areas were 'tired', I think that's the best way to describe them... Staff were friendly and helpful.
