  We liked everything at Pwllgwilym. When we arrived we were met by Richard and Jane who are the most delightful hosts. Richard was full of information, including some historical details. Jane just made us feel very welcome. Our room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and views over fields and sheep. The location is very quiet, yet not f... wat mensen zeggen » ar from the village. It would be an ideal spot for day trips to the surrounding areas, including the Wye Valley, Llangollen, even as fart as Cardiff i - Richard and Jane were very welcoming and excellent hosts throughout our stay. We were made to feel at home and that it was no trouble to ask them for anything! The breakfasts were excellent. The attention to detail and in meeting guests's needs in the room was far superior than most chain hotels and having a fridge in the room is such a brilliant idea that it should be adopted by all hotels!
