De internationale stekker was te verkrijgen aan de balie, de taxi werd voor je geroepen, de deuren voor je open gedaan. Ronduit klasse!   Schitterend uitzicht (kamer op 22e verdieping); upgrade naar executive lounge (met gratis ontbijt) - The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. T... wat mensen zeggen » his happened to be an upgrade as well, so I was even more impressed. All the facilities I used were at or beyond my expectations. I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!

  One of the friendliest, most personable hotels I have stayed in (and have been to a lot). We had a big PR event to do and stayed aswell and nothing was a problem! From the reception to the restaurant everyone here made you feel so welcome! I want to move in... - The bedroom was amazing, beautiful in fact.   This was an excellent experience.The staff were very helpful and friendly.I very kindly was given an upgrade by Rachel as I was celebrating my birthday and also the Happy Birthday plus chocolates in my room was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely return in the near future - I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

  we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester
