Terrific B&B right across the road from The New Forest National Park. The bed in our room was one of the best we've ever slept in with beautiful, luxurious bedding. Our hosts John and Stephanie were delightful. I came away with 4 jars of Stephanies wonderful homemade jams that she sells to her jam admiring guests.

We were surprised how welcoming you both were and helpful Yes we did go and see the old tree and had a great drive threw the forest. I found my old school in Ringwood as we. Very friendly owners, fantastic breakfast and great all round service. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was very clean and tidy and a selection of toys under the bunk beds were quickly found by our 2 girls (6 and 3)
Will keep in mind next time we are in the area!
We left behind a small cuddly toy and Jenny was good enough to post it on to our house.

The friendly staff created a relaxed atmosphere straight away at check in.
The room was clean, sunny with a great view of the garden and New Forest beyond.
All staff had a great rapport with each other and the guests.
The Hotet was preparing for a Wedding the following day and it was great fun to watch the preparations.

I had a wonderful one to one yoga/mindful meditation session with Etzuko and even participated in feeding the koy carp.
Our room was lovely, overlooking the back garden and benefitted from a mini-fridge. Loved the guest lounge at the top of the turret - I felt like I had my very own "Princess Castle" - it was a very pleasant place to celebrate my 50th birthday.

Car parking was close at hand and CCTV monitored. The Bar area is warm and cosy with an open log fire as an "attraction"

From the moment we stepped into the hotel to the time we left the staff were amazing: friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. I had an evening meal in the pub which was good value. The poub has a lot to offer but I was the only guest on that particular night. Also only another couple in the bar. The pub decor is good and inviting. The manager was saying that weekends get busy but mid week is slow. Also extremely busy in the summer season. I would certainly stay again
