  The room was very clean and bright with a comfortable bed. The hotel was just what you’d expect a two star hotel to be nothing fancy but all the basics catered for and in a lovely period building. On arrival I was greeted by a pleasant lady on reception, who was very efficient.   Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... wat mensen zeggen » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

When I called them to say I couldn't arrive on time and asked for a late check-in I had been told "no problem". Also I liked the location of this - breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

Well equipped with plenty of closet space, mini fridge, tv, hairdryer and plenty of helpful advice on local restaurants, attracti - You get what you pay for. Though this is a small hotel, it is clean and located in a very quiet and safe environment. Breakfast is fairly okay. So far, we did not have any problems regarding theft or any loss of personal properties while staying at the hotel. I think the guests themselves should be responsible to take care of their valuables and not to leave their money or other important things when they go out of the wherever hotel they are staying. It has easy access to the entire city of London and beyond, and lots of food options. As a single traveler, I especially appreciated the fast food and grocery stores available.
