I didn't have my phone charger and was out of battery so he lent me his, plus I had to check out before breakfast so he brought it to me the night before! I was well impressed with his attitude and friendliness. Other than that the place was very clean and excellent value. Also there was loads of stuff nearby and it's right next to Paddington station.

  Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. De bedden waren schoon en er waren ook niet-veren kussens aanwezig (ivm allergie). Het matras was ook goed. De locatie was perfect. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam toen we een probleem met het raam hadden en het was in no-time verholpen.   We enjoyed our stay. The male employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice!) was very helpful. My two children and I arrived at 9am and because I knew we'd be up all night, I asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out so our room was vacant, but it had not been cleaned yet. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied in the room as well as a fridge. Shower was good, beds OK and chairs comfy. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station.
