  Warm and clean. Hot shower day & night. Staff were exceedingly helpful when I managed to loose a wallet and phone in a taxi home! Thank you all for your help. Would recommend to anyone wanting this area, - Breakfast was above average. Excellent value. Room was nice but simple. A bit of a walk from the tube but the number 8 bus goes ... wat mensen zeggen » past and straight downtown.

  We enjoyed our stay. The male employee (I wish I could remember his name, he was very nice!) was very helpful. My two children and I arrived at 9am and because I knew we'd be up all night, I asked for an early check in. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out so our room was vacant, but it had not been cleaned yet. The male employee w... wat mensen zeggen » as very understanding and saw how tired we were (my kids sat down in the lobby and started to fall asleep while sitting) and allowed us to take a nap - Good value for London and location within easy walking distance of the tube station. Plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied in the room as well as a fridge. Shower was good, beds OK and chairs comfy. We would recommend the breakfast option - the voucher giving a choice of traditional English or vegetarian breakfast at a reduced cost and conveniently served at the cafe opposite the tube station.
