Friendly and helpful owner. Big spacious, clean and family friendly room. Clean and comfortable kitchen and bathrooms. 10 minute walk to train station and great access to shops etc. Excellent value for money to visit London in family or between friends. The concept is the following one. You rent a bedroom locking in a house (also locking). There are several hosts in the b&b. You have the kitchen and the food to prepare the breakfast (bread, butter, jam, coffee, tea, milk, corn flake, orange juice). Having used the kitchen, you do the washing up and recondition for the other guests. It is the similar for the bathroom and the toilet. You rinse the shower. This is actually a small house comprising 4-5 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Owner supplies sufficient stock for breakfast.
Awful place, bedrooms upstairs, toilets and shower downstairs. Simple
answer nothing.

Appearance from outside building i.e no sign. You have to make your breakfast yourself. Nobody comes to clean places common between two guests.
Sharing toilet is quite difficult for us and it is situated far away from underground.
Men working there sitting opposite shower room, tv didn't work on
freeview. Breakfast was a joke, piece of bread or cornflakes. My mum
rang to complain both to letsbookhotel.com and was promised by the owner of
the kings cross hotel who oversee the b&b he would give her a refund
but no refund ever received. Awful awful place, never ever again.
Wouldn't put my worst enemy there.
Problems with rats at this hotel. Very poor clean system. The punctuality doesn't exist. You need to wait maybe one or two hours at the hall... All is wrong. The most probably thing is: you will lose your holidays/time here.
it looked like a house, no en-suite, make your own breakfast, over priced poor condition, a unpleasant experience, thin walls heard other people snoring.
It should be advertised as a shared self catering accomodation rather than bread and breakfast.
