Wat mensen zeggen
We stayed in the first room when entering
- The heating was on and kept us warm through out the cold night.
- big decent shared kitchen
- naigberhood seemed alwright
- good space in toilet with shower only.
- no smell and really clean
meaning hardly any dust
I recommend this, if your looking for one night stay or longer il say this is a good place :).
Room prepared and very clean representing minimalistic design, with
large and very comfortable bed. Accomodation provided all the things
that are truly neccesary during a trip. Excellent for the price. Very
close to the tube station, direct route to Central London. alle beoordelingen »
The staff, they were very responsive and swifter to respond to the call of guests. They also are genuine and friendly. I Just felt home when I was there. The staff were also capable of facilitating internet and other facilities immediate to the request.
Very nice staff and price.
Staff was very friendly.
all things are very good.
very satisfied.
Good location near tube station
Room was clean and comfortable
Staff member who let us in was friendly
Fine for a 1 night stop over.
There is kitchen with equipment - it's perfecet - you can wake up and have some coffee and breakfast and you spent less money.
The place was clean and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The wifi provided an excellent connection.
- people were so nice, i were all alone and i did some new friends.
1. It had kitchen facility.
1) the bed orthopedic allowed good nights rest; 2) location near the metro and supermarket; 3) kitchen with microwave, washing machine, fridge, stove, etc.; 4) safe neighborhood, despite the impressive variability of ethnic cultures.
The room I stayed were really cool! Big and confortable, although the
non-double glazed window is a bit of a problem since the hitting
wasn't good enough.
Nice and comfortable bed. The room was ok!
The staff was friendly and accepted my arrival after the ordinary hours.
Near the underground station.
Heating in the house.
Good price.
Large but uncomfortable bed.
The place was clean.
Nothing much.
Nice room.
The location, a very short walk from the underground, in a place very much alive, bustling with shops and markets. The traditional British house, luckily with laminated floors and not carpets.
Cheap.
The only postive thing I can say over this house is that it close to the underground.
The contact person in the house was friendly.
Good transport connections.
Not a big issue but squeaky floorboards could hear people coming in and out, also another small issue was hearing next door
Just a heads up
While chaired users will have a hard time accessing areas.
Breakfast was not on adequate and it was not on time as well thus should be on time and adequate.
Very far form London Centre.Didn't clean the room everyday. No hairdryer.
Do not move in double bed cause it is possible of damadge. :)
Upper bathroom floor leaks water to kitchen downstairs.
Shower Rooms need updating
Rooms very basic
No staff on site although this is not clear when booking I don't think but could be fine (I knew because of reviews)
Wouldn't stay for more than 1-2 nights......
The Bathroom could be better - the water was cold or very hot.
Two bathrooms, and the shower heads in both were broken. The downstairs bathroom was to small for comfort. The back door could not be locked. Lack of cutlery and crockery in the self catering area.
-upton park is not a central placr so it was a little bit scary to come back during the night.
2. There was only 2 bathrooms . Of which one was not having proper lock from inside.
Regarding the negatives: 1) the contact telephone number, displayed on the entrance door of the house was not working (so, i have to call to the contact number provided by letsbookhotel.com); 2) the shower of the downstairs bathroom never worked; 3) the cleanliness of the facility has never happened before or during the stay.
Bathroom was not good enough. Internet conection was not possible
because they gave me wrong name + password. The fact that we have to
wait for someone to come ove to open the door is very inconvient because
have to wait outside the door in the cold and with all our luggage.
It's terrible.
No room cleaning at all or towels change. The bathroom was quite dirty.
Only one bathroom.
No hot water in the bathroom, when someone washes the dishes in the kitchen
Large but uncomfortable bed.
I got there at 10 pm and they didn't know everything about my reservation. This place was icy-cold as the heat was off. The owner wasn't there but when I got a hold of him I asked to turn the heat on, he said "Sure, no problem" and he didn't.
I contracted bronchitis and had to go to the emergency room. Sometimes cheap is expensive!!!.
Had to ring owner to come and let us in. Kitchen being flooded from bathroom upstairs and not really clean. Dirty backyard.
It was not very clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear
everything going on outside your room.
The traditional British house: squeaky floors and thin walls make you hear anyone who is moving anywhere in the building at any time.
There was only one shared bathroom: the second one has been out of order during all the stay. There was a lot of competition for the toilet in the morning.
The service: we had a problem with the room that did not make us sleep at all well; we let them know, they said they would do something but we never heard anything back.
Cheap.
Is was old, dirty, floorboards creaked. The bathroom was very unsafe, the floor very dirty & slippery, no bath towel so very slippery. The kitchen was filthy and nobody cleaned up after themselves, no dishtowels. The floor tiles were broken very dangerous to walk over them as you could trip over them. The bed was very uncomfortable as the slats kept on falling out, we had to fix this daily. We would not stay here again.
- Although being not far from the tube station, the surrounding of the hotel did not seem safe to me.
- The room given to me was smelling damp and there were mildew stains on the walls of the room and the bathroom.
- No wardrobe in the room
- I had to cancel the second day because of cleanliness issue.
Our room the worst of all mould everywhere , shared bathroom mouldy and
not clean, leaking shower , leaking ceiling in the kitchen with growing
mould on also bathroom downstairs not available to use as no water. For
that price not worth it at all .I tried to speak to owner when I've
been told that he is away and he even didn't contact me back. We saw
the other rooms when people moved out on the day and our one was the
worst ever :( I would never go back again.
the bathrooms were absolutely filthy they were disgusting I don't no how you allow people to stay in that condition and allow them to shower and wash in it. It was the worse thing! I'm shocked at the lack of hygiene! Therefore I will not be staying with you again unless you re vamp that whole bathroom and get a new one fitted in, also the mirror was cracked how dangerous.
We booked two rooms - one was ok, the other was damp, cold, the walls were dripping with condensating water, the ceiling and the corners of the room was covered with black mildew. The one bathroom that could be used had many spots with black mildew as well - the other one was closed. In the middle of the kitchen-ceiling was a hole with a towel in it, water dripping into a bowl...
