  It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat.   I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

  This is a friendly,welcoming family-run hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern, high standard. Some very nice touches i.e. plenty of tea and coffee in the room, and even bottled water and biscuits. Also a mounted telescope on the table in the bay window to overlook the shore with !!   absolut authentisch, sehr britisch aber mit dichten Fenstern, sehr gemütlich, ein überaus hilfsbereites und freundliches Betreiberehepaar und eine tolle Lage nahe am Stadtzentrum, aber ruhig, ein tolle Aussicht auf den Hausberg " Great Orme" it is an very authentic, very british (but with airtight windows), comfortable, snug guesthouse. You have a breathtaking view - We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom. Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day. A sitting room with DVDs to choose from. Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo. Absolutely perfect!

  The decor of the b & b was lovely; every detail was perfect. I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Our room #3, I believe, had a view of an early spring container garden -- not very fancy, but also totally sheltered fro - Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

  Lovely little B&B, perfect location for me as I was attending a nearby training course, excellent value for money, the lady (a Freind of the owner) was looking after the place for him and was so kind and accommodating....thank you for a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay their again...And...free parking facility was an absolute bonus! :... wat mensen zeggen » -) - The food is excellent, the rooms comfortable and the staff are friendly and caring.
