Lovely people and environment, very comfortable room including bed! Attention to detail, refreshments in room. toiletries, location perfect, choice for breakfast, presentation. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel. Friendly welcome

we ended up arriving late evening due to traffic on the Motorway because
we had to follow a diversion. We were made very welcome and it was

The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. The twin room we had was very spacious and comfortable and on a lovely quiet street within a few minutes walking distance from the town centre. There was also somewhere to put my car and the breakfasts were lovely quality and nicely cooked and presented. -

We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings. Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom.
Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day.
A sitting room with DVDs to choose from.
Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo.

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

The Lilly is on the beat side of llandudno (the west) within short walk to the main town. Although a work in progess the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Chef is fantastic... if you stay you must treat yourself to an al-a-carte meal there.. excellent. Good food good ale (Mad Hatter on draught). Definately Recommended. -
