We had a sea view room they placed two chairs so that you could watch the sea and even watch the sunset with your own glass of wine. The hosts even gave you a bottle opener and posh glasses to drink your own wine lovel.

We liked that when we checked in the owner took the time to recommend places to eat and visit and had printed off a map to help us find our way about as this was our first visit to LLandudno. Sea view was stunning, food was very good and served by a friendly member of staff. Good value for money.
Lovely seafront B&B, a little out of the centre of Llandudno with easy, free parking. Very well run by the extremely friendly and helpful owners. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast freshly prepared and generous, and served in sea view room by charming waitress.

The cleanliness of the promenade. The all-age facilities on the Great Orme. The range of shops from big stores to local outlets. The easy access to the Conwy estuary and Snowdonia.Nothing to say.

The relaxed atmosphere and very personal welcome we received. The fact that the bedroom was on ground floor was a distinct advantage to us because of slight mobility issues.
We liked the bedroom we like the sea view and the breakfast was perfect James and Jackie and made us feel at home lovely guest house we will come again.. John and Gwyneth.
The Hotel was situated directly infront of the beach with beautiful sea

The owners could not have more helpful, gave us information regarding local restaurants pubs. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order.
Excellent b+b spotlessly clean very friendly owners + staff + gave us recommendations of good well priced places to have our evening meal.
there really is nothing not to like.
Everything was fine only when Llandudno is busy its hard getting a parking space near your hotel with it being on the front . Problem solved more it at night when it's quieter.
cheap loo roll! sure it can't be cost effective cos you need twice as much! towels were a little on the small side but we managed.
Shower was a curtain rather than a door
Was a little noisy as we were on the bottom and people walked past alot.
There was no welcome desk which was unusual, but all in all grest :).
Was quite far from the main strip however we did find local bar and restaurants to suit.
I couldn't fault a single thing.
The drive - it is 330 miles from where I live. This is somewhere where I
would visit frequently otherwise.
Nothing.
Not always easy to park as only on street parking available .
Nothing to dislike.
A hook on the back of the bathroom door would be great!.
Being a mature couple we aren't as agile as we were when we were
younger so found we had a problem climbing the stairs to our third
floor room.
Nothing.
Nothing.
Really couldn't fault the B&B.
Bathroom door didnt quite shut correctly.
Nothing to dislike.
Nothing.
Nothing to say.
Cannot think of anything.......
The post code did not take you to the door, but about 2 miles away.
Putting in the street address did the trick.
We could'nt fault it !!.
A bit far from the centre. I probably misread the map.
nothing.
The weather was extremely cold but unfortunately is unpredictable when
taking a holiday in the uk.
Room was a bit cold and the single pane window kept misting up blocking the sea-view.
En-suite very small with no bath.
We liked everything.
Bedside lamps far too low for reading in bed !.
Everything was perfect! There is nothing to dislike!.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side.
stay was too short.
nothing.
Bedroom was lovely very relaxing feel too it as was the whole place.
