I asked them if there were any motorbike shops in the area (was raining like crazy and my and my partner had no overalls!), they found one in the yellow pages and even rang them to ask if they had them before telling me they had found. Steve and Vicky are very hospitable owners and personaly very nice people. One can feel they put their hert into this their work. They helped us a lot long before our travel by answering our questions (best choice of the Lakes tour, walking paths, arrival to WIndermere etc.)

Ideally located between Bowness and Windermere. 10-15 minutes stroll either way. Steve and Vicky are the friendliest B n B people that we have met (stayed in over 12 other B n Bs). Invergarry is such a welcoming place. The bed was really comfortable. We stayed in a small double but this was a reasonable size for a couple of nights and didn't feel small. Breakfast was delicious - homemade muesli, jam and marmalade. Best breakfast that we have had in a B N B. Really lovely touches in the rooms -

It couldn't have been better! Barbara and Chris are perfectionists in all they do. We stayed in a family room with our 2 pets which was perfect for us. Loved the decor and especially the nice touches of bone china teacups in the room. The welcoming sherry was perfect. A short walk into Winderemere to restaurants,

Even if the appartment had been less than perfect (which it wasn't) it wouldn't have mattered because Graham & Janett are just so nice ! Very clean shower ! This was a lovely B&B with very welcoming, courteous owners. Breakfast was exceptional, as was the value. The view from our room was stunning. A very short taxi in to Bowness made it a great location, close to restaurants but in a peaceful setting. I would stay there again without hesitation. -
