  The entire place was very clean, the beds extremely comfortable, and the location was great - we were able to walk to all the main sites and to the pubs in town.   Our host John was an incredible person. After leaving Derry, I realized I had left my Ipad in a car that we rented the day before. The rent-a-car was closed for the weekend so we couldn't reach anyone for help. We called John that night to ask for advice and he did not blink to propose that he would get the Ipad first thing Monday morning from the... wat mensen zeggen » rent-a-car and ship it us --and he did what he said! Great accommodation facility, great people! - Perfect location for access to Derry city centre, shopping centre, pubs, restaurants and attractions. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Cosy bed with effective heating and good bedlinen etc. a proper home-from-home. Sofa-bed was good-sized and comfy enough for our friend to stay (supplement paid).

  Best location of any hostel in derry. Massive communal area. Live Music played till late. Great staff. Laid back atmosphere. Very accomadating. Would say this would be the best hostel in derry without fail. - Helpful, friendly staff. Couldn't do enough to make trip comfortable/fun. Great location, five minute walk (or less) from centre.

  The B & B would be a little difficult to find without a sat-nav. It is situated close to the town centre on the edge of the ‘Bogside’. The place is a little oasis in a sea of apartment blocks. Once in the B & B you are given a warm welcome, offered a drink then shown to you room and the host will give you helpful advice and directions to p... wat mensen zeggen » laces of interest in the locality including bars and restaurants. When pressed he can even give tips on really great places to visit further afield. T - Joan (who runs the B&B) was very friendly and accommodating. Joan went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable and she was very helpful in providing a map and pointing out all the bars/restaurants/shops across the city. The B&B is very close to the city (3-4mins walk) and restaurant/bars are near by. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and set us up for the day. All in all, it was a great visit to Derry and when we go back, we will return to Amore B&
