  I like the fact that check in was effortless, we had just had a long stressful journey and when we got to the hotel everything fell into place. The receptionist was welcoming and the room was excellent. In view of this fact the price for the accommodation was excellent. I would reco - Excellent service, very clean and well kept hotel. The facilities were exceptional the beds were nicely made and the most comfortable beds we have used during a stay. The breakfast was fresh, hot and varied with a very good standard of cleanliness. We had asked if the hotel could do anything for my husband as it was his 40th Birthday....they very kindly put a couple of treats in the room for no charge.   Have used this hotel many times over the years as a stopover while attending local meetings. As always the room was very clean and well presented. The bed was huge. Check-in and out was very easy and the staff polite and business-like. Will always use this hotel when I am in the area. - we stayed for 4 nights and was made very welcome all the staff were friendly polite and eager to please. The resturant was very pleasent spotless clean and more than enough choice.We also dined of an evening the food was excellent well presented and the chef was superb.Would like to recommend chef for the lovely very well priced food. Excellent value.Would certainly be visiting again.

  Fab staff and breakfast next door was superb (although could have been included in the price). Very clean and main bed very comfy. Above all, the staff made it very pleasant and were lovely with our daughters. Thanks gents and ladies!   After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! Upon entering the reception area we greeted by a very nice man who advised that our room was not ready (We did arrive @ 1pm, so guessed that would be the case) We decided ... wat mensen zeggen » to leave the car in the car park and take a train into London City Centre, we arrived back at the hotel around 7pm, once again we were greeted by a di - I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily.   The staff was welcoming and very efficient. The room was very clean and well designed with all the conveniences you would expect in an upmarket city hotel. The bathroom was excellent with the best shower I had in Europe! I was there for one night only, for the convenience of being close to Heathrow. It was an excellent choice. What could be better? - The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The Homestay is located a short walk from Hounslow Underground. Close to shops. Room was comfy and had a good night's sleep. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very elegant, and provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London (oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business when we came back to the hotel.

  Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount ... wat mensen zeggen » incentives in the hotel bar and restaurant. - The ladies and gentlemen on the reception were all very friendly and helpful.
