Also loved the gated car park, its nice having the security which is often lacking elsewhere. - the hotel was right in the centre of Bristol and at the week end there was no parking problem. Very high standard of fittings and in room facilities. Compared with 2 people staying in an hotel in city centre it was good value.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bar and food are available 24-7 (unlike many hotels I have stayed in). The location is excellent and I had a nice view of the river Avon. These brand new apartments are located within walking distance to the city centre and the train stations,they are very well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. I also asked to check in earlier than the usual time and I was punctually met by Daniel who showed me the apartment and made sure that everything was working fine before leaving.

rust - This is our fourth stay at the Mercure Holland House, Bristol. We have always received the best of attention from the staff who are very pleasant to a one. Our room is always good and we mostly have been able to have the same room on each stay. Breakfast is very good and we have had some lovely dinners there. Location is spot on with only

Nicely presented apartment, quite, clean and comfortable. 10 mins walk from cabbot circus, 5 mins walk from the train station 15 walk mins from the bar, nightclub. You have everything you need close to hand. Would deffo stay again the next time we're in Bristol. -
