  I really enjoyed my stay. The room was immaculate and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Ace in situated in a great neighborhood and conveniently located near the tube and bus. Lots of great restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.   Stayed here for 1 night with my partner, we were attending a function close by so location was excellent. we arrived half a hour early but the gentleman on reception was very helpful and rather than make us wait while our room was been cleaned, he changed our room so we could check in early. although the room wasn't huge, there was plenty of room ... wat mensen zeggen » for 2 people and as the hotel was fairly new all the facilities were up to an excellent standard. I would definitely use this hotel again, it was even - Great position, Shoreditch is full of pubs, clubs and restaurants and very close to the City! Old street underground station is 5-10 minutes on foot; next to the hotel there is the bus stop (buses to the Tower of London, Oxford Circus and Waterloo). Hotel clean and new. "Mediterranean" breakfast. Staff very gently.

  I used the hotel as a get away from my own apartment in shoreditch where my son was having a party. I was delighted that the special offer was on for 79 pounds otherwise staying wouldn't have been possible to do. I liked my room - I did visit the holiday express where a friend was staying - at the Hoxton rooms were waaaay nicer. The bathroom was clean and the bath was large. Unfortunately the water was not very hot from the hot tap. Top quality overall, I will definitely book this hotel again (been in London 20+ times, this Hotel is the best I stayed in so far). Leadenhall Market, Brick Lane and Old Spitalfield Market along with lots of pubs and restaurants are also just a few minutes away. - The Andaz is stylish but relaxed and we were made to feel at home from the moment we arrived. The staff are great, nothing is too much trouble. Spotlessly cean in a areas. We were upgraded and a little birthday cake awaited us in our room for my husband's birthday. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal. Well done Andaz for making our stay so enjoyable.

  First of all I'd like to thank the staff of the hotel, they're extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are very good taste designed, comfortable with everything you may need. Despite having windows on the road side I had not noise inside the room, everything there is for good rest. I' - I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely. The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week.
