  The staff were plentiful and so accommodating. The girls at the front desk helped me with directions and theatre ideas and warm conversation. I never felt like I was traveling alone. The lounge area was wonderful for relaxing at the end of the day. The location was magnificent. The fruit and complimentary water were nice. I would happily stay here again at twice the price! - Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

  Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay when we arrived we were upgraded to a fab room on a high floor looking over Hyde Park - I absol... wat mensen zeggen » utely loved the Como Shambala meal and food options. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location. And the renovated bathroom was terrific.

  From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the warm friendliness of the reception staff then taken in to the lounge area for a drink and some afternoon tea. We were shown to our room which was perfect in every way spacious comfortable clean it ticked all the boxes. Everything was perfect, very comfortable rooms, clean, location was great and very good service. We had to do a late check out and they were very nice and arranged everything we needed. Very good gym facility. Additionally all the soft drinks are complimentary and nespresso machine and tea available in the room, very convenient. Definitely recommend!

  When I realized that London hotel rooms are very, very small, I found the 9 Hertford Street apartment hotel. It's location is excellent: just off Piccadilly st., very close to Green Park underground station that brings you anywhere (including to and from Heathrow airport with the Piccadilly line) , a 25 minutes walk to Oxford st. The bedroom has a large bed and plenty of storage space, the ki - Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback.
