  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. The free water, starbucks coffee and lovely toiletries were an added bonus. Choice of pillows alos excellent and superb beds for comfort. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful. The bar of the hotel has a lovely atmosphere and is very popular which I have found in other hotels we have stopped in, not to be the case.

  The cleanliness of the room and the beds was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations).   Stayed 5 nights in the King Suite. 1 bedroom and 2 sofa-beds (in the living room) accommodated 4 of us (me, my wife & 2 adult children) well. Unit was well-fitted out (washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, etc).
