You could not be more centrally located - it is right in the soho/chinatown area and a very close walk to most of the West End. It is also very conveniently located on 2 tube lines, including one directly from Heathrow. They were really concerned, carried our bags up, upgraded us to another room on a lower floor so that we had less stairs to climb and gave us a discount on food and drink. Good west end theatres within comfortable walking distance (to watch Les Miserables, The Phantom of the Opera and soon The Book of Mormon).
