  Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! That t... wat mensen zeggen » he big bus tour started there ( but didnt finish there the day we did it so was a bit of a trek back to the hotel - not the hotel's fault.) - Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

The location was relatively quiet at night and there is a park across the street. There were many shops close by including cafes, pubs and restaurants. A direct bus from kings cross area stopped within a minutes walk of the hotel. Continental breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8 with enough to eat.   We liked the breakfast in bed option, as there is no dining room it was the only option :). Room was small, but that is to be expected in europe prime location. T - Nice, calm location, 5 minutes' walk from the Heathrow train. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. An in-room breakfast package shows a lot of variety and was actually a nice surprise. Although a budget hotel, it does offer a number of amenities, even providing a socket adapter. Overall, excellent value for money in a great location!

  The staff were very welcoming & the room was clean & very comfortable. I really liked the fact that there were proper ceramic cups to have tea or coffee with in the rooms, as so many hotels only provide paper ones & importantly for me, there were 8 little milk cartons, as opposed to the usual 1 per person. The biscuits to have, with yo... wat mensen zeggen » ur beverage, was a lovely touch, also. The breakfast was lovely & was served very quickly, which really suited me,as I had to get a train. The sta - We liked that we could have a family room with five beds which saved us having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We also liked that they looked after our luggage when we checked out so we could enjoy another day in London without having to take our suitcases with us. Overall excellent value for money, ideally situated for Paddington station, around the corner there is a tour bus stop,

The hotel is a bit rundown, but if you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. You are very lucky to have them working for you because they obviously like people and take their job very seriously. They were professional and also very friendly, and great at helping us feel welcome and comfortable at Europa House...and in London.
