  We did ask for quiet rooms, but mine was not quiet, as it was beneath a staircase. The receptionist said it was the fault of letsbookhotel.com for not relaying the request! She refunded the cost of my room. The other room was fine. I am always amazed that modern British hotels have wooden floors/ceilings. All other modern hotels in the world have ... wat mensen zeggen » concrete, and don't have the noise problem. - The day and night staff were friendly, caring and professional in terms of customer care. The beds are extremely comfortable and the TV was very welcome. The breakfast and breakfast staff were both excellent.

  Comfortable room and girl in reception - room was bigger than others I've seen and where I paid even more than for the one at Grantham Hotel. To go into town I had to take the Bus, but the bus station wasn't far from the hotel, so after finding out how to do it, I had no further problems.
