  The staff are amazingly friendly and really made us feel welcome. Everyone was cheerful, helpful and all round nice. It felt more like a family hotel than a chain hotel (and I mean that as a positive comment.) The pool was the perfect temperature and a good depth: it was shallow enough for my 8 year old daughter to touch the bottom, but deep enoug... wat mensen zeggen » h for comfortable adult swimming.   The new managers had just taken over and had many issues to deal with. They made us feel very welcome and accomodated our needs well. The hotel needs some TLC but is comfortable and the rooms were adequate for the price. Overall, a nice place to stay near to the city (15 Min) walk or bus directly outside, generous parking area. - it was very hand... wat mensen zeggen » y for the city, the rooms were clean and comfortable. there was ample free parking . the rates were very good . this is a very basic facility, but I would stay again. there was some road noise but I suspect they are in a conservation area so double glazing is not possible
