  Breakfast was good value - just over £8 for unlimited buffet (inc. cooked breakfast) and unlimited Costa coffee. My bedroom was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Location good - 5-7 mins walk to Princes Street and 10-15 mins walk to Royal Mile/castle. Haymarket train station 2 mins walk away - for trains to Glasgow (and to Waverley if ... wat mensen zeggen » you don't feel like doing the 20 min walk). Murrayfield and Tynecastle about 20 mins away by foot, if you're catching some sport while in Edinburgh. S - Fabulous hotel. Staff were great, everybody was friendly and polite and went out of their way. Location is super, 2 minutes walk from haymarket station and 15 walk into Edinburgh city centre. Buses stopped outside the hotel to go to Princes street if you didn't fancy the walk. Food was good, we had breakfast and was lovely with lots to choose from. Didn't eat there otherwise but saw the food and it looked very nice. Rooms and beds clean and comfy. Great hotel.

  The corridors were quite dark but when my room door was open it was fabulous - I loved the decor of the room, the bathroom was enormous with a fabulous shower and it's got to be one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Just a pity that it was quite noisy and there was lots of clicking and ticking from things in the room. The decor in the recep... wat mensen zeggen » tion lobby sets the tone and it was quirky, fabulous and different. I would have no hesitation in coming back. The staff were great, the lady that sho - The hotel was convenient to both old town and new town areas. Staff was lovely and super helpful. We ate at both restaurants downstairs and really enjoyed them. The room was not huge, but it was very nice, clean, and had a large bathroom with a large walk in shower. The airport shuttle is right across the street and there are always taxis waiting outside.

  Zeer persoonlijke, vriendelijke en dienstverlenende benadering. Het hotel heeft een 'concierge' die je helpt met alle vragen, adviseert bij de keuze voor goede restaurants en bars en excursies, zelfs de menu's van diverse restaurants in de stad paraat heeft en desgevraagd voor je reserveert en de route wijst. Nog nooit zo'n goede service meegemaakt... wat mensen zeggen » . - Goed gelegen hotel met ouder en nieuw gedeelte. Wij kregen in dat nieuwe deel een prachtige kamer. Mogelijkheid tot (betaald) parkeren van auto in de kelder van hotel.
