  After a stressfull day it was such a delight to realise the bnb was only seconds from the bus stop and as we walked up there ( about 8pm) we could see that it was a pub -not full of old loud men watching footie but groups of young people chilling out eating pizza and listening to two young guys playing guitar :) The room was next door, brand new r... wat mensen zeggen » oom- spotlessly clean, freeview tv & free kettle/tea/coffee full length mirror (good for us girls :D) about a 10 minute walk to the high street to - I loved the staff, they where so friendly and accommodating! The room was lovely, far better than I was expecting, everything worked great, the bed was comfy and room was nice and bright, the little representation of a flower made with the towels was so cute and really made us feel welcome. The breakfast was great and the staff even helped with booking taxis for us. We could t hear any noises from other people or the pub downstairs so it was very peaceful at night, me and my partner are definet

Verwacht geen grote luxe, dat beloofd het hotel ookniet, maar als u een basic overnachtingsplaats nodig heeft is dit voorzijn prijs zeker de moeite!   Its position was brilliant - so accessible to the tube - the fact that breakfast was included. It was a decent size room and was clean. Also the ladies serving in the breakfast room were lovely - friendly and helpful and knew exactly what we wanted and very happy to mix and match breakfasts. And when I asked for only egg they gave me two ! That t... wat mensen zeggen » he big bus tour started there ( but didnt finish there the day we did it so was a bit of a trek back to the hotel - not the hotel's fault.) - Very poor reviews on the internet nearly led me to cancel this hotel however for the price we paid it really was excellent - friendly staff, clean rooms ,sheets and towels also spotless and clean towels every day.Breakfast which was included was a decent full English or continental . Its location to paddington was a big plus perfect for a couple of nights away

  vriendelijkheid, wegens vergissing bij boeking kregen we een luxeflat toegewezen omdat de kamer niet meer vrij was! zeer tevreden van de service. - rustig

  This hotel is not perfect by any means however for £60.00 a night in central Chelsea im not sure what people expect, i think a lot of the 'bad reviews' on here are out of order considering the price of the hotel. the location is brilliant, couldnt expect anywhere closer for this price. - Excellent location, very close to Bayswater tube station, a... wat mensen zeggen » mid the hustle and bustle of a lively tourist 'hub'. Also just across the road from Whiteleys shopping centre, which was a delight.
