With the tube being within walking distance, & a bus stop just below the apartment, it was a really convenient location. I was made to feel like vip throughout my stay The staff are courteous, friendly and warm (Sahan and David, Karolina, Greta, Anna and an - Everything!!!!! I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights (03.01-07.01) and I have to say I liked it very much! I arrived there at 9 am and was given a room although the check-in time starts from 14:00! The room was soooooo lovely, so comfortable, clean, modern. Yes, quite small, but more than enough for one person, I loved everything about my room! The towels and linen were changed every day. Very comfortable bed! 1,5 months have passed but I'm still dreaming about the bed :) Very clean and nice bath

  We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.
