  Het was mogelijk om al eerder in te checken. De kamer was klaar, maar anders kon ik mijn bagage kwijt. De kamer is netjes ingericht en was schoon.   We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our).   My family and I stayed at one of the flats near Emirates Stadium. It was so easy to walk to and from the tube, and it was across the street from a very nice market for food and other supplies, and just up the street was a lovely community church which we attended and was warmly welcomed. The staff where very helpful and made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable duri - Don't expect luxury for this sort of money in london! I stayed across the street from the main building which I suspect may be slightly more modern. Pleasant enough staff. The location was ideal for me, on a quiet side street and a 10 minute walk to emmirates stadium. Biggest positive was the guranteed parking for £5 extra.

  The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... wat mensen zeggen » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  The location was amazing - right across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful oasis. The whol... wat mensen zeggen » e place was clean and comfortable with enough of a hint of luxury without being arrogant with it. - We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.
