  The staff was very friendly and polite. We had such a warm welcome. We could leave our luggage even though we could not check in untill 2. Also when we had already checked out in the morning we were allowed to take our lunch in the garden and pick up our luggage in the evening. The facilities are great. The shared bathroom was perfectly clean, and nice clean towels were provided every day. The beds are - The location was excellent as it was near the British Museum and shopping streets of Oxford and Totterham. The receptionist Roger is very good in his job and in giving advise. I do the same job so I know what is expected.The Arran Hotel is a small place but has a great heart. Breakfast was tasty and grand. The bathroom/ rooms were very clean. I found the hotel to be in a great location. A great recommendation.

  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us.   Friendly staff, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. This was under £100 to stay on Sunday night, so good value. I don't know whether it would be the same value for standard rate (sometime twice as much). Hotel rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Breakfast was in the price and usual British fried breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, scrambled egg... wat mensen zeggen » s and stewed tomatoes. Toast laid on too. Hotel is slightly back from Euston Rd nearer to St Pancras than Euston and in a nice Victorian crescent of t - Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

They have a reception room with a working computer, which is free to use, along with lots of information about the area and things to do and places to eat. There is also free wifi in the room.   Hotel was great value, loved breakfast, awesome location. We were advised by cab driver on the way to hotel, that it was in bad neighborhood. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Maybe not a great area, but we found it excellent for price, location to Kings Cross Tube and value for our money. Loved it...would stay again.   The location was amazing - right across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful oasis. The whol... wat mensen zeggen » e place was clean and comfortable with enough of a hint of luxury without being arrogant with it. - We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.

  Vond het een super goed hotel! Erg netjes, personeel was vriendelijk,konden met veel vragen en opmerkingen terecht en hier werd dan ook ietsmee gedaan. De ligging was perfect! De straat uit en je stond op eengroot metro station met alle verbindingen. Leuke omgeving met drink eneetgelegenheden - Een goedkoop hotel waar je goed kunt slapen. Het is ni... wat mensen zeggen » et heel groot, maar dat maakt niet zoveel uit als je er alleen komt om te slapen. De kamer was goed schoon en zag er netjes uit. Er was een tv aanwezig, en je kon zelfs je eigen thee zetten. Al met al hebben we er prima kunnen verblijven.
