we actually got upgraded into the 'Hidden Gems' apartments next door because the owner had double booked our room. the apartment was amazing, and had a brilliant view from the balcony. the customer service was really good, we were met by someone who works for the apartments, and he took us to our apartment. - right in heart of manchester

I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. we absolutely loved dreamhouse apartments! 6 of us girls went for the wkend and it honestly couldnt of been better. the rooms were great and very comfortable and the kitchen lovely and new. spa bath was amazing! we were in Liverpool rd one and it was great location as close to all the shops and bars and clubs! fantastic would definitely recommend

It was a really well furnished, and well appointed aparatment in a great position. Good size and lovely touches such as tea/coffee, milk in the fridge etc. Would really recommend as an alternative to a hotel giving much more freadom. The restaurant downstairs is also great! I shall use the hotel again & I shall recommend this hotel aswell. - when staying at the hotel my boyfriend and i really enjoyed are selfs we went for my birthday and everyone at the hotel treated us like royalty and there nothing they didnt do for us! they made my birthday very special and memerable!! i would definatly recommed it to any one!
