  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  Everything about the Charlotte Street Hotel impressed us - the hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, the staff were excellent, and the room was perfect. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a deluxe room, which made the trip even more special. It is by far my most favourite luxury hotel, and is comparable to excellent American hotels. I can't wait for an opportunity t - The interior design, the exceptional standard of cleanliness, high quality food/drinks and range of food and drinks available. The nice small touches personalised hand written welcome card and gifts, washroom accessories, mini bar facilities, honesty bar, the staff. The list is endless this was the most wonderful place to stay in the UK if you want a city break.

  Employees were so friendly, I loved how friendly and hospitable they were. Location is much better than expected its right next to oxford street and shopping is perfect for that! There's a Sainsbury next to it as well as a phone shop which is perfect for a tourist. Doormen are super nice, and very helpful. Receptionist are always looking forward t... wat mensen zeggen » o helping as well as the concierge. I'm very picky about cleanliness and I can tell you that they get an A from me on that. I love this hotel and look - The young well trained staff are excellent. The Hotel entrance is amazing, very polite doormen opening doors into the fabulous foyer, probably one of the best entrances in London. The place was very busy with a young clientele. Our room 210 was a good size but did not feel it was the 28mts as was advertised. A large TV with over 100 channels. Good bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Good selection of drinks and a whole drawer of nibbles. Highly recommended.
