  All members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They all appeared to be trying to make sure everything was perfect for us. We cannot praise them enough!   V good location and good value for money. Room was compact but v well equiped - TV with Sky and DVD, fan, fridge, and plug in radiator. On suite cramped but all functional. Clean if decor was not great. Staff v helpful - fresh towels on request e.g.- and breakfast prompt and good. In addition, the Manager made bookings on my request for my Taxi, that is excellent despite the availability Wi-fi in the hote. I also enjoyed the daily English break fast.

  This hostel-like hotel is situated at Bethnal Green area, about 10 minutes walk from the same named tube station. This location is perfect for short-time living, as it's about 2 tube stations far from the center, so the price for it is very reasonable. The room (I had 1-bed one) is very small, without a proper window (the one looked at a cell-lik... wat mensen zeggen » e area), but as I had only 2 nights there, I didn't really care. The room was very clean, and even for 2 nights stay I had my bed tucked in - thanks:) - - very friendly, nice and helpful staff indeed. - clean room (although the room was small and the bathroom just tiny but we knew what we were going for :), new bed-clothes and towels every two days. - nice breakfast! we didn't expect such a big choice. you can also use the kitchen with fridge, microwave etc. - close to the subway station, which is rather close to the city centre. - free wifi in the room. you can also use the computer in the hall.

  We stayed on three occasions for a total of eleven nights during June & July 2013. The hotel is situated in a "business area" with the popular Borough Market nearby. It is within walking distance of the underground and many of London's tourist attractions. We always felt safe walking in the area. All staff were very friendly, helpful and effic... wat mensen zeggen » ient. They put themselves out to assist us. Each room we stayed in was different ranging from typical "European" size to larger than what you would e - Great location on the Thames, views of St Paul's , the Gherkin and The Shard. Staff exceptionally friendly and happy. The comfiest bed ive ever slept in, much better than the 5 star knightsbridge hotel we stayed in earlier in year! Great breakfast in the Anchor pub next door. Breakfast room upstairs with river & terrace views . Lots to do in area, took the river boat down to the Eye (you can also walk this in 15- 20mins) then 10 mins on foot to Horseguards parade and onto Trafalgar Square.
