  The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  I did like the price. The hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk anywherr from the beach to oceanarium or bournemouth baloon within 5-10 mintes, there is asda and subway nearby. So you can easly get the essencial bits and bobs that u have forgoten to take for your holiday, or pop in to subway for a quick sub. Thats all about location from me... wat mensen zeggen » . Staff very friendly, we felt realy good there, breakfast was realy nice and in a good calm atmosphere, I did like the fact it was served between 8.3 - Every thing. Staff, comfort, location, cleanliness, fresh towels daily, in room tea/coffee making facilities topped up daily. Jorge was welcoming, friendly with good advice on where to go and how to get there. He prepared an early 7am breakfast and ordered a taxi for us on the morning of our departure as we had to catch an early train to London. Overall a very pleasent vacation and if we return to Bourne mouth we will definatly stay in the Shirley again.

  We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here in November. l am disabled this was taken into consideration & we were given a room on the ground floor. We have booked to go back in July next year. The bed for once was really comfortable Not hard like a lot of places, there was plenty of hot water, & the room was cleaned every day. We didn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere. The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy. We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible. The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months. We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.

  Na ontvangst in het Kings Langley hotel (erg aardige eigenaar!) bleek dat wij kamers hadden in het zusterhotel, Riviera. Prachtig gelegen, met uitzicht op zee. Eigenlijk nog beter dus dan het orginele hotel! Het personeel deed alles om ons verblijf aangenaam te maken, kaas bij het ontbijt?   Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception... wat mensen zeggen » al. Close to beach, walks & shopping. We've stayed in Bournemouth a number of times and this is the best yet. Will be back again.
