  Room was spacious and very comfy. Slept like a log with no noise at all seeing as in the town centre. Quick walk to the centre and close to the river and the attractions in titanic quarter. Food was delicious and good value for money. At the PI the menu offered 3 side dishes for just £2.99 - we had 10 onion rings, 6 chicken w - Your Bonita was amazing. She was polite, pleasant, very helpful. To have such a person working at the front desk, we can say that this hotel on Alred Street is always busy. Can we say, that as we both work with Customer Services in our respective jobs that we feel that Bonita is an asset that should be given an opportunity to broaden her horizons with The Premier Inn Group. Lastly all your other staff were courteous at all times. Your training programme is definitely working. We will return so

  The staff were so helpful and friendly, in particular Stephaine the attention to detail was superb in every aspect of the hotel. The room, in particular the natural light, was great. the room was modern with walk in wardrobe with vanity dresser and the bed linen was so soft such a comfortable bed brillant nights sleep.
