  Close proximity to railway station and Bullring/city centre, easy walking distance. Clean, modern and stylish yet calm and relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and efficient staff from check-in, bar in the evening, through to breakfast next morning. Checkout not until 11am so breakfast very rel - Receptionist gave very clear and concise directions to find the car park - better than my sat-nav - a very good start and representative of the excellent, helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay!! The restaurant serves superb quality food and was well worth the wait. Rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed with funky design elements. The hotel sits in a superb location for most of Birmingham's attractions.

  The atmosphere as soon as you enter the foyer, the reception area and our room were all extremely pleasing! We loved our room, on the 12th floor, very roomy, great views, great kitchen area for having pre dinner drinks with friends! We would definitely stay again! - Everything was pristine, service excellent, food good and plentiful.   The fact that the staff were focussed on the guests' needs at all times. They were obviously working as a team under the ethos that enthusiasm and professionalism establishes the standard of the hotel - and it worked!   The real question is what didnt i like? There was absolutly nothing i could say the hotel lacked. It was by far the best hotel i have ever stayed in. - Easy to find and access. Very clean and comfortable. Very central for a night out.
