Also we found the staff helpfull and really friendly. The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

Fantastic staff on reception who were always happy to advise where to go for a night out, 2 minute walk from the train station and within walking distance to bars and 'the gate'. They made the extra effort to offer additional info, maps etc. Location, just a few minutes walk behind the train station, but away from the noise of the centre.

  We had travelled to Newcastle to visit some friends last minute and hotel selection was limited. I noticed Hotel Indigo had good ratings and reviews and decided to take a look, it looked amazing if not a little above my budget. I booked us into a Executive double room for Saturday night, We was not disappointed, the Hotel was immaculate, the staff... wat mensen zeggen » were super friendly and very attentive to our needs, the room was excellent, very comfy and full of modern conveniences, amazing showers! Very nice t - Hotel was amazing from checking in to booking out. Interior design was 5* in our opinion. Modern contemporary and extremely comfortable. Bedrooms were fabulous, from decor to complimentary refreshments, bathrobes right down tho the Aveda products in the bathrooms. Cocktails are a definite must, as is food, especially breakfasts which we enjoyed in bed. Last but definitely not least .... The Staff... 5*++++++++ could not do enough for us and nothing was ever any trouble they definitely were the

  This is our second trip staying at the Staybridge suites.The staff and the service they provide is truly excellent. They just cannot do enough in making sure your stay is enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for any staff member from receptionists to the cleaning staff to the staff providing breakfast. All are lovely people! Great stay once again, - Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite comes fully equipped and was extremely up to date. I can't imagine wanting for anything. We were even able to do our laundry for free. We had a view of all the beautiful bridges from our sixth floor suite. Also, great location, the quay is just two blocks away and very romantic to walk and dine there.
