My stay at Firest view was excellent and I would highly recommend it to people who have tight budget and who like quite and beautiful place. There are a lot of outdoor activities you can do around Forest View and Fort Williams is not that far away either.

  Because we arrived early, the hostess offered us large umbrellas for the short walk to the town center. They were far larger than those in our backpacks. The lounge was filled with good books and games. The entire site was immaculate. The room was the most finely decorated we encountered during our two week stay in Scotland. The artwork was fit - Martin and Jacqui do a fantastic job - really nice people, well-organised (they like you to order breakfast the night before so it can be cooked freshly for you), and helpful. Everything is immaculate. We asked for a twin room and were given room 3 at the far end at the front as requested. The comfortable beds were nice and far apart (although it looked as though they could be linked if desired) - my wife and I love each other dearly but both have chronic medical conditions that mean we can be

  Pauline and William are very nice people, not only are they friendly and warm but they also went beyond to make us feel extra comfortable. The room was extremely clean and well kept. The breakfast was splendid and we loved chatting with them. They also spent time giving us driving and sight seeing tips. Overall a brilliant place to stay. The rooms were second to none. The bathroom was kitted out with more than you would need. Breakfast was of a very high standard with a huge range of fresh foods and cereals to choose from.   All staff without exception were warm & welcoming. Our old Retriever Robbie loved his biscuit treats too ! Cooked Breakfasts set us up nicely for walking parts of the WHW. We had evening meal in the bar with good sized portions and good value for money...locals were visitor&dog friendly.   Great people awaiting us with a big smile and a warm welcome. At arrival we were given a lovely dessert which we surely enjoyed after a long drive. Without a doubt a feeling of coming home. As well the bedroom was of high standard with an enormous bathroom with lots of choice on shampoos and soaps. Great stay! - A serious effort to cater for visitors who might have arrived cold and wet from walking or cycling (we travelled in comfort); fruit, biscuits and chocolate beyond the normal expectation of B&B. Can't comment on the cooked Scottish breakfast because we all chose Continental which included the biggest choice of fresh fruit I have yet seen in the UK. Highly recommended
