  Superb friendly staff and owners. excellent facilities. The kitchenette was fabulous. Very generous with extras like milk, cereals, bisuits. Impeccably clean. Breakfast served in rom. Wonderful. I will always go there again when in Oxford. Regular bus service to City. Runs evry 15 minutes from outside hotel. Takes 10 mins max to get there.   Very nice room. Clean and comfortable. There were even bookshelves packed with books in the hall in case you wanted something to read. Nice touch! Location was great-short drive or bus ride to the main city. JRR Tolkien is buried in the cemetary across the street so that is a point of interest. Breakfast was adequate and nicely laid out. We had a ... wat mensen zeggen » nice stay and would definately recommend it. - It is a well run B&B and the owner allowed me to check in earlier. Not a very chatty person, but answered questions adequately. Very clean and everything expected provided. Location convenient for traveling and yet in a quiet surbub. I thoughtI was the only guest the way it was quiet till I discovered other guests at breakfast. Breakfast generous too.

  The nice lady (Susan or Sue?) who made breakfast was friendly and cooked fast. It felt like my mum was cooking breakfast for me which was lovely! (Quite different to having a buffet breakfast where you can't meet who has cooked the food.) The room and hallway etc smelt fresh. Lots of power sockets in the room a plus (not having to stretch your pho... wat mensen zeggen » ne charger across the room). Toiletries seemed good quality and smelt nice. Generous with towels and pillows, excellent. TV had Freeview, great. - Derrick, Heather, and Clara were so kind and welcoming. My room was small, but snug and very comfortable. It was very clean! I loved the teapot and selection of drinks in my room. The refrigerator was very nice to have as well. I was there for one week and never dreaded coming home to Cotswold House.
