The reception staff were very polite and helpful, the staff in the breakfast room always had time for us, never rushed. - The room was excellent; clean, bed comfy, tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities, information about the area in a folder, room service brilliant, breakfast included was excellent and you could have as much as you liked.
