  The staff were excellent over my 2 day stay. The food was delicious and good value which isn't always the case for hotels. The rooms were very modern and very clean with walk in showers. The location is spot on for the town centre as its 10 minutes walk max and 5 minutes to the football stadium and train station. The fact that we could choose and buy films to watch was good.The breakfast choice was excellent and the fact that we could choose how much and what we wanted to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was a very pleaurable stay in a beautiful clean and spacious room. If we return to Ipswich we would definatley book a stay at The Salthouse Harbour again. - The hotel itself oozes sophistication. We felt special from the minute we walked through the doors! Everywhere was clean and tidy. All the staff were impeccably turned out, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely and powerful. The bed was massive!!! The bedding was clean and fresh.

  Staff were really attentive, efficient and friendly. I left an item of clothing behind and the hotel offered to post it to me straight away Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. Venue perfect for shopping and lovely to have a waterfront view at breakfast time. Rooms very comfortable. - Good location and car parking. The staff moved our room and offered compensation - we declined the kind offer since it was not the fault of the hotel.
