The staff are excellent, very friendly and very accommodating. Parking facilities are very good and the staff have good local knowledge. The hotel is very close to the city centre and patrolled by the Police on foot. The hotel is within walking distance to all the nightlife. Although I arrived early, I was made welcome immediately. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent value for money, the breakfast was first class, and I was able to leave my luggage in the hotel and use the lounge if i wished until my taxi arrived (1.30pm). Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

Ross was an exceptional host. His nature/personality is perfect to be the Host of Royston.
His Home/Guest House is warm and inviting as he is what a wonderful time we had plenty of talking, laughter and good times.
Nothing was too much trouble and the cleaniness and décor was just like home.

The room was clean and well appointed with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. A nice lounge area for guests. Piping hot breakfast served at table and good choice on buffet.Two establishments close by for evening meals. The owner was friendly and offered local advice. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

A reasonably priced hotel for a short stay when visiting Inverness. A short stroll into the centre via the castle meant this hotel was good value for money. Our room was small and had a disappointing view of a wall. But it was clean and equipped with the essentials. -

The staff was very freindly overall it was a very good hotel to stay in and we will be back again. 10/10 - The staff are really friendly, helpful and all local.

Perfect location for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. Naim
was the best host we had out of six B&Bs we stayed at during our
three week Scotland trip. He provided a lot of valuable information
each morning regarding the area based on our plans for the day. The
twin room had a great view of Inverness Castle at night. Ample portions
at breakfast were delicious and provided an ideal start to a day of
touring around.

Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.
